FAQ
Everything about ordering custom static clings — and if your question isn’t here, just call or text us.
Ordering
What’s the minimum order?
Our minimum is 100 pieces across all cling types. Smaller sample or proof runs can be quoted case by case.
Is there a maximum order size?
No. We regularly produce runs into the tens of thousands for multi-location retail, dealership groups, and promotional rollouts.
Can I order a sample before a bulk run?
Yes. We can produce a pre-production proof so you can approve the physical cling — and test it on your glass — before we run the full order. Ask about terms when you request your quote.
Can I mix cling types in one order?
Yes. You can combine types — say clear clings for one location and frosted privacy film for another — and the combined volume counts toward your price tier.
Can I reorder later and match my last batch?
Yes. We keep your artwork, film, colors, and cut specs on file, so reorders match your previous run exactly and move faster.
Design & Artwork
Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. You only pay once the design is signed off and production begins.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are ideal, especially for die-cut shapes. If you only have a photo or a PNG, our designers will recreate your logo print-ready at no charge.
Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?
Yes. We offer custom Pantone matching on screen-printed runs and accurate full-color UV printing, and we can add a white-ink underbase so color stays true on clear film and tinted glass.
Can you print full-color artwork or a photo?
Yes. Full-color UV printing reproduces multi-color logos, gradients, and photographic artwork edge to edge — ideal for one-way vision window graphics.
Can you die-cut the cling to my logo shape?
Yes. We die-cut clings to the exact contour of your artwork, so there’s no rectangle and no visible background — just your mark on the glass. Vector art gives the cleanest cut.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, and always free, until you approve the mockup.
Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
About 5 to 7 business days from approved mockup for standard runs; large one-way-vision panels or complex die-cuts may add a little time we’ll flag up front.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. Rush is available for a firm store opening, event, or launch date — tell us your in-hands date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Where do you ship?
Nationwide across the U.S., and internationally on request. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity and destination. Because clings are light and pack flat or roll compactly, bulk orders are economical to ship.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. Provide a distribution list with your order and we’ll split the shipment — common for multi-location retail and dealership groups.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We make it right. If an order arrives defective or does not match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected pieces.
Pricing & Payment
How much do custom static clings cost?
Bulk pricing is by quote; typical ranges run from about $0.60 per cling up to $4.50 at the 100-piece minimum, improving as the run grows and varying by size, film, and print method. Each product page shows its range.
Why don’t you list exact prices?
Price depends on size, quantity, film, and decoration method. A quote is the only accurate number — and we return one within a business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and purchase orders for established companies and agencies.
Do you offer a price-match or lowest-price guarantee?
Yes. If you have a comparable written quote, we’ll match or beat it — that’s our lowest-price guarantee.
Product & Care
How does a static cling stay on without adhesive?
Static-cling vinyl holds to smooth glass and other slick surfaces by static charge and surface contact — no glue involved. That’s why it repositions cleanly and peels off with no residue.
Which film should I choose?
Clear for a see-through, floating look; white for bold contrast on tinted or busy glass; frosted for privacy and an etched-glass look; perforated one-way vision for a full-window graphic you can still see out of; die-cut for a contour-cut logo shape. Tell us your glass and we’ll recommend one.
Do static clings work outdoors and on car windows?
Yes. They work on clean, smooth glass indoors and out, including vehicle and storefront windows. Apply to a clean, dry surface for the best hold; extreme heat or dirty glass can reduce cling, so we recommend interior-mount or one-way film for tough exterior spots.
How long do they last?
Because they leave no adhesive, static clings are ideal for seasonal and changing graphics. With clean application they hold for months of display and can be lifted, stored flat, and reused for the next campaign.
How do I apply and clean them?
Clean the glass, peel the cling from its backing, position it, and squeegee out any air from the center outward. To clean, wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth. To store, place it back on its backing sheet or a smooth surface and keep it flat.
